Return & Refund Policy
You may only return goods to us subject to our prior written agreement and within SEVEN working days of receipt of the goods. You must return the goods to us in their original condition, undamaged, in mint re-saleable condition and at your own cost and risk. All RMA requests must be submitted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org clearly identifying your order number as the subject.
Once an RMA confirmation has been issued by email you have 10 working days to return the goods after this time the RMA will be cancelled.
All physical product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) marked clearly on the return shipping-label. To request a refund for physical products purchased online please send an email including your order number to email@example.com
Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card statement. Please check with your bank if your refund does not appear within two weeks from the date the refund was issued.
